FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT EXPLORA ELE
Explora ELE is an automatic monthly or quarterly subscription. You can cancel it whenever you want. You can also pause it and resume it later.
After logging in, you will be able to access your membership materials from the top menu of Explora ELE. Log in and in your account you will see the materials you have downloaded from the store and the EXPLORA ELE routes.
On the first of each month you receive a code that allows you to download the materials from the materials store. We are gradually changing the entries so that you can download them at the end of each entry.
In your dashboard you will find the training session. From there you can register if you want to participate synchronously in the sessions. You will then receive the link by email. If you only want to watch the recordings, you will find them in the courses section.
Every Tuesday, you will receive an email with the latest materials or updates uploaded to the platform. You have to make sure that the emails from Explora ELE do not reach your Spam folder.
